App vs Browser: Which Should You Use?
Our mevius4d app offers several advantages over the browser version. The app loads faster because it caches live-dealer video streams and game data locally — reducing network requests and buffering during Liga 1 matches or Piala Indonesia tournaments. Push notifications alert you immediately when your withdrawal clears, when a bonus expires, or when we detect suspicious login activity. The app also includes a one-tap quick-deposit feature that remembers your preferred payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, etc.), so you can top up your balance in seconds. Offline mode lets you view your Result Archive, check your balance, and review past game sessions even without internet connection. The iOS web experience works on Safari and Chrome on iPhone 6S and later, as well as iPad running iOS 12 or above. For best performance, ensure your device has at least 100MB of free storage and a stable internet connection. Older devices may experience slower live-dealer video playback or delayed game settlement notifications, but the app remains fully functional.
Common Installation Issues and Fixes
On Android, the most common issue is "Unknown sources" security setting. If installation fails, go to Settings → Apps & Permissions → Permissions Manager → Install unknown apps, find your file manager (Files, Documents, or similar), and enable the permission. Some devices show a certificate warning when you tap the APK. This is normal — the warning means your device is checking the app's digital signature for authenticity. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If you see "App not installed" error, try downloading the APK again or restarting your device. On iOS, if the web app feels slow, clear your Safari cache by going to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, then reload mevius4d in the browser. If you cannot access mevius4d at all, verify that your jurisdiction allows access to our service — some regions have restricted our platform by law, and we enforce these restrictions during account registration and login.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The mevius4d app requests basic permissions: internet access (required to connect to our servers), camera access (optional, for photo-based account verification during KYC), and contacts access (optional, to auto-fill your email if you prefer). We only use these permissions when you explicitly act (e.g., tapping "Upload ID photo" or "Verify email"). The app does not track your location, access your file system without permission, or read your messages. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your login session is secured by two-factor authentication (2FA) if you enable it — we recommend doing so to prevent unauthorized access.
